Terms & conditions

Last updated: May 2, 2026. By using cvlytics you agree to these terms.

1. The service

cvlytics provides tools to upload a CV (PDF), receive automated feedback and scores, optionally generate an ATS-style rewritten CV preview, and—where offered—unlock paid exports (e.g. PDF / editing) after payment. Features may change without notice.

2. Your content

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit. You grant cvlytics permission to process your uploads and related data solely to operate the service (including routing content to AI and payment providers as needed). You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and any decisions you make based on outputs.

3. AI & outputs

Reviews and generated text are produced by automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific role or jurisdiction. Nothing on cvlytics is legal, financial, or career advice. You use outputs at your own risk.

4. Links, previews & sessions

Preview links may contain access tokens. Anyone with the link may be able to view associated content while the session is valid. Do not share links in public channels if you want to keep outputs private. Sessions are time-limited and may be cleared when infrastructure restarts or scales.

5. Payments

Paid features are processed through third-party checkout (e.g. Midtrans). Prices, taxes, and availability are as shown at purchase. Chargebacks and refund rules follow the payment provider and any notice we publish at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may revoke access to paid exports.

6. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, probe or break security, overload systems, scrape in bulk without permission, or upload malware. We may suspend or block access that violates these terms or threatens the service or others.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, cvlytics and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, lost opportunities, or reliance on AI outputs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
